2019 Municipal Community Grants Are Open Please visit the Municipal Grants page to get a copy of the Application.  Due Date is November 16th at noon. Information Session - October 29th @ 3:30 pm at the Edward Building Boardroom (280 Main Street, Picton, Suite 103). This is for the Under $1,000 in-kind; or up to $5,000 (max $2500 cash) cash/in-kind.

Huff Family Application Workshop The County Foundation will host an in-person Application Workshop for interested parties that have not already sought a pre-submission consultation.  It will be at 4:00 pm on October 10th at the Edward Building (Suite 103) - 280 Main Street, Picton.   The workshop will be drop in style where projects can be discussed, eligibility confirmed, and questions asked.

Accepting Applications - The Huff Family Funds Applications Now Open.  Visit to get a copy of the application &  budget template.  Applications close on October 29th @ 12 noon. The Huff Family Fund will support organizations and institutions, through grants, that provide projects and programs that support in these areas: Addiction and Mental Health Animal Welfare Arts and Culture Health Care and Human Services Housing Issues Vital Signs Priority Areas as defined by TCF Vital Signs Reports, including Education/Learning; Food Security; and Transportation Funding up to $20,000 per project; Possible multi-year
